Do you fake your knowledge at dinner when the sommelier brings you the wine and waits eagerly for you to taste it? Do you wonder what it is that you are looking for? What if you don’t like the taste? Is that reason enough to send the bottle back with the waiter? For many novices, wine comes in three choices: red, white and rosé, and is chosen based on price (and perhaps the country of origin).
