His inventive take on time-honored Mexican cuisine will no doubt take the festival to new heights and delight the tastebuds of everyone in attendance.
Born in the city of Toluca, Mexico, Chef Bricio Domínguez became a fixture on the culinary scene in the state of Guanajuato. As his career grew, he opened his first restaurant “El Jardín de los Milagros” (The Garden of Miracles) in Guanajuato city, which eventually led him to launch two more restaurants, Nextia and 13 Cielos (13 Skies) respectively, in the enchanting city of San Miguel de Allende.

Obsessed with food from a very young age, Chef Bricio’s interest in cuisine blossomed as he grew up, inspiring him to pursue a career in the culinary world. A winning combination of skillful techniques and creative curiosity has helped him develop an impressive collection of scrumptious dishes that make each dining experience unique. Each and every dish he presents has been through a rigorous number of steps to ensure that the presentation is phenomenal and the ingredients are of the highest caliber. Of course, his creations highlight the flavors and textures of traditional Mexican cuisine, although they also feature elements from a number of culinary influences from around the world. Your mouth is sure to be watering when he is in charge of your meal!
The desire to evolve as a chef has driven Chef Bricio to constantly seek out new and different ways to express his creativity through his food, and his sons have definitely taken note. His powerful influence in the kitchen has inspired them to join their father and share in his passion for producing unforgettable dining experiences.
